The Relationship Between Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention in Nurses

Background: Human resources are the main resource in a hospital. Nurses and most important tip spearhead every nursing service activity It is demanding as profession to improve intellectual abilities, abilities interpersonal, moral so that achieving this, nurse requires strong motivation both from within outside nurse. who have good work can influence increase job satisfaction reduce turnover intention. This study aims analyses relationship of intention nurses at Klungkung Hospital.
 Methods: uses correlational research design approach cross sectional. The sample used was 139 implementing with stratified random sampling technique.
 Results: Correlation test results show Job has positive (r = 0.623 p 0.0005), weak negative pattern -0.035 0.680) shows moderate -0.252 0.003). PLS analysis related (t 12.0422), 2.3796) 4.0125).
 Conclusions: Work impact on increasing decreasing intentions. Future researchers should examine more these factors affect
